Our favorite Mahi Marinade:
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup fresh basil or 1/8 cup dried
Hot pepper sauce to taste (gotta have hot pepper sauce!)
Black pepper to taste
Wisk together, pour over fish in a glass dish or plastic baggie. Marinate about 45 minutes, turning once, then grill. The right recipe – just like the right shirt – can make the difference. And once you wear one of our vintage designed shirts, we think you’ll be hooked.
